Ptarmigan is the name of the
lower hill to the South West of the Summit of Ben Lomond,
Scotland.
This image was taken from the footpath that
runs alongside the shore of Loch Lomond at Rowardennan, this
pathway is part of the West Highland way.
The West Highland Way is a walking trail
from Milngavie in Glasgow to Fort William, it is 93 miles long.
